The average peak axial pressure load reached 272.88 kN, the average vertical displacement was 5.43 - 6.70 mm, and the axial bearing capacity reached a maximum of 27.3 tons, which exceeded the requirement of 24.4 tons stipulated in the specification and met the safety usage requirements.
Destructive test of wall panel axial pressure
The overall axial bearing capacity of the wall panels is 441kN (approximately 44 tons). The peak load of the wall panels ranges from 340 to 495kN. The bearing capacity of the wall panels is 62% higher than that of the column frame, meeting the safety usage requirements.
Floor bending performance test
The average peak load is 75.8 kN. The corresponding surface load under uniformly distributed load is 18.1 kN/m, which is greater than the current design value of 5.15 N·m for the floor slab. The average ultimate flexural bearing capacity at the mid-span of the slab is 37.9 kN·m, which is 3.79 times the maximum bending moment at the design mid-span, indicating a relatively high level of safety.
